Anatoly Semenovich Makarov, a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, one of the pioneers in the field of mathematical education in Chelyabinsk and the long-term head (1985-2011) of the Department of Mathematical Analysis at Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University, celebrated his eightieth birthday on August 18, 2025.
