The article presents the results of a study whose purpose was to determine the existing anthropo-morphological changes in the pelvis of students of special medical group, divided into sexual somatotypes J. Tanner classification. The purpose of the study was to identify the anatomical and anthropological and morphological characteristics of the body and pelvis female students, according to the classification by J. Tanner. It was found that 58.46% of investigated students of special medical groups do not correspond to ginekoids somatotypes on the results obtained by the index values of sexual dimorphism. As a result of analysis of the pelvis index values (as in the whole group and in three of sexual somatic) found that they are below the acceptable standard indicators, particularly at students with ginekomorfic somatotypes and corresponds to the values of a narrow pelvis. In all three groups somatotypes, as well as in the group as a whole, measured reliably phenomena anatomically narrow pelvis - 74,62%, mainly from the performance of I (36,92%) and II (20,77%) degrees of its restriction. Among the options of pathological forms of narrow pelvis is dominated by cross-narrowed pelvis - 62,31%, and "erased" the form of the pelvis - 60,77%. An increase in pathological changes in the values of morpho-anthropometric indices in all groups and the tendency to approach these values andromorfnym in the group with sexually mesomorphic somatotype classification J. Tanner is prognostically unfavorable phenomenon in the future formation of the reproductive health of students of special medical group.
