The aim of the study is to study the structural organization of lymph nodes of different localization in young animals. It is shown that, depending on the localization, there are features of the microanatomic organization of lymph nodes. The inguinal lymph node is characterized by the predominance of the paracortical zone with a developed sinus system, the tracheobronchial lymph node is characterized by the predominance of the B-zone with a minimum area of sinuses, and the mesenteric lymph node is characterized by the uniform development of T- and B-zones with a wide sinus system. A certain morphotype of the lymph node is associated with its functional specialization with the predominance of either drainage (inguinal), or immune (tracheobronchial), or in combination (mesenteric) of these functions.
