The use of antioxidant properties of inula and ginger in folk medicine

The article investigated the method of inhibiting the auto-oxidation reaction of adrenaline in vitro using samples prepared from Inula and ginger, specifically the ability of adrenaline to inhibit the auto-oxidation reaction while simultaneously preventing the formation of reactive oxygen species. Utilizing this antioxidant property of the plants can be considered beneficial for the prevention and treatment of diseases such as diabetes, tuberculosis, and liver damage caused by toxic substances.
