The importance of determining changes in the lungs in the diagnosis of COVID-19 in the new Andyanjan region

The article examines the clinical course and diagnosis of 266 COVID-19 patients treated at the Andijan Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital based on their medical history. In most cases, the disease is acute: fever, fever in the first days, fever for more than 5-6 days, cough, shortness of breath, inability to smell and smell, severe myalgia, lethargy and fatigue, chest tightness. The etiological diagnosis did not give a high result (11.65%), but the complications observed on computed tomography revealed symptoms characteristic of viral pneumonia in 93% of patients.
