The urgency of the problem of treating obliterating diseases of the arteries of the lower limbs is largely determined. their prevalence. According to modern literature sources, the share of occlusal-stenotic lesions of the arteries of the lower extremities is more than 20% of all cardiovascular diseases. OSPANK identified in 2-3% of the entire population. even greater prevalence of these lesions is typical for people over 50 years old, reaching in this age group from 5 to 7% [1,2].According to wHO, the frequency of atherosclerotic lesions of the arteries of the lower limbs is constantly increasing all over the world. Atherosclerotic lesions are the most common variety of OSPANK. This type of lesions of the arteries of the lower extremities is accompanied by a high level of disability and mortality [3,4
