A retrospective analysis of the results of antegrade endobiliary interventions in patients with acute cholangitis in a multidisciplinary ambulance was carried out. Complications arose in 6.8% of cases, with no lethal outcomes directly attributable to surgical intervention. The analysis showed that the antegrade methods of decompression of the biliary tract are an effective method of surgical treatment of patients with acute cholangitis. Timely, safe and highly effective antegrade drainage of the bile ducts, rational infusion and antibacterial therapy create conditions for eliminating of multiple organ dysfunction, which not only provides acceptable immediate results of surgical treatment of this category of patients, but also allows patients to be prepared for definitive surgical intervention.
