Purpose - to establish with arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia degree corrective influence of atorvastatin in combination with a lipid-lowering diet and physical activity feasible for antiaggregant properties of the vascular wall in erythrocytes, platelets and leukocytes. The study involved 59 patients with arterial hypertension of 1-2 degrees, the risk of 3 IIb dyslipidemia type of middle age. The control group included 26 healthy subjects of similar age. In this paper we used biochemical, hematological and statistical methods. Gain in hypertensive patients with dyslipidemia in platelet aggregation, platelets and neutrophils occurs largely due to the reduction disaggregation control of the vascular wall in the background disturbances in lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation of plasma, decrease the synthesis of nitric oxide in it, and prostacyclin. As a result, 6 weeks of combined treatment in patients with arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia observed optimization of lipid composition and lipid peroxidation in plasma upon the occurrence after 12 weeks of exposure to the full normalization of the vascular wall antiaggregatory opportunities while maintaining the achieved level of the variables included, at least for the next 92 weeks observations on the background of continued therapy.
