The article is devoted to the application of anti-dumping duty as one of the ways to protect the state's economic interests from unfair competition. The article considers the uniqueness of the application of the anti-dumping duty, which consists in the fact that antidumping duties are levied in excess of the rates established in the ETT. The article uses such concepts as: normal commodity value, dumping margin and export price.
