Antigen properties of salmonella isolated cell structures

The majority immune-active polypeptides, is revealed in lysates of the isolated cellular frames, namely in flagellas. Analysis of the isolated cellular frames in the selected gradient of concentration PAG has taped larger quantity of antigenic complexes, than in the general cellular lysate of salmonellas.
