A content analysis has been carried out, which provides a systematic overview of corruption issues. The topic has been a hot topic for many years, with the state taking dozens of measures every year to eradicate corruption, finalizing draft laws, and optimizing the use of state and municipal property, but corruption is still one of the most debated issues.
