In this article some problems of development the organization’s strategy in the crisis period, and elaboration of effective business solutions for the implementation of crisis management are considered. The system requirements of strategic management and the steps of the development strategy in the crisis are shown. The author presents organizational obstacles in developing anti-crisis strategy and an algorithm for management action organization under uncertainty.
