Anti-crisis management of corporate structures

The article is devoted to the problems of organizing anti-crisis management on the scale of a corporation and its individual enterprises under the conditions of the action of negative macroeconomic factors. Particular attention is paid to assessing the situation of bankruptcy of an individual enterprise and corporation as a whole. It is concluded that the main component of the effective development of a corporation and forecasting potential risks in a changing external environment and under the influence of negative macroeconomic factors is a rationally developed management strategy and the choice of the most adequate methods and tools of anti-crisis management aimed at maintaining the solvency and reducing the risks of bankruptcy of the corporate structure as a whole and individual enterprises included in it. The bankruptcy risk management model developed at the corporation level will contribute to the ability to stay in the market niche and avoid insolvency in a difficult period of economic development in the face of negative macroeconomic factors.
