Anti-crisis management of organizations in the health care of St. Petersburg

The article analyzes modern approaches to crisis management of healthcare organ-izations in St. Petersburg. Key indicators of the functioning of the healthcare system, statistics on the use of hospital beds, as well as the results of the implementation of the Territorial Program of State Guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens are presented. Particular attention is paid to measures to increase the efficiency of the inpatient unit, improve the phasing and con-tinuity of specialized medical care, and introduce hospital-replacement and high-tech medical technologies. Conclusions are drawn about the results achieved and directions for further devel-opment of the healthcare system in the face of external and internal challenges.
