Antimonopoly service on guard of fair competition

The article examines Antimonopoly regulation, in particular the amendments to the Russian competition law, which are set out in the draft "Fifth Antimonopoly package", as well as the introduction of the Antimonopoly compliance system. As an example, the author cites the decision of the FAS of Russia on Antimonopoly cases "Kaspersky Lab" against Apple Inc.; "Kaspersky Lab" against Microsoft.
