Antimonopoly regulation of agreements on co-local activities in the oil and gas industry

Antimonopoly regulation plays a crucial role in the functioning of the country's economy. Thanks to the regulated mechanism of competition in the market, production technologies are developing. The oil and gas industry are a fundamental industry in Russia. Investment projects in this industry are technologically complex. In this regard, the article considers the option of concluding an agreement on joint activities to achieve the goals set and defines the conditions for agreeing an agreement with the antimonopoly authority.
