In modern conditions of institutional transformations of competitive market interac- tion between economic entities and purposeful antimonopoly policy of the state, mecha- nisms for preventing anti-competitive practices continue to grow in importance. In order to comply with the antimonopoly legislation and prevent infringements of rule of law, the economic entity has the right to organize a system of internal compliance with the re- quirements of antitrust legislation or the so-called antimonopoly compliance. Creation of such an environment is the first-order condition for improving the quality of competition safeguards, as well as performance of competition authorities through the introduction of modern and effective quality management tools. As practice shows, companies can achieve a high level of compliance with competition law by developing effective mecha- nisms and incentives that, along with the overall effectiveness of corporate governance, will enhance long-term growth and sustainable development. Antimonopoly compliance as an institution for preventing anti-competitive practices is undergoing changes in this direction.
