Antioxidatic activity of total extraction of buckwheat sowing grass

To perspective sources of flavonoid preparations reception, including Rutinum, it is possible to carry buckwheat sowing grass (Fagopyrum sagittatum Gilib.), widely cultivated in Middle Russia. However still there is unresolved problem of standardization of raw material of the given plant. The contents of Rutinum in buckwheat sowing grass, cultivated in Samara oblast, is in a range of 2,5-3,7%. As a result of the lead technological researches the output of Rutinum has made about 1,0% that allows to estimate positively prospect of domestic preparation reception from buckwheat sowing grass. New approaches to standardization of raw buckwheat sowing grass material are offered. Original techniques of definition the parameters of raw material quality which are recommended for including in the normative documenta-tion are developed.
