Pro-and antioxidant blood system in 150 patients with renal cell cancer was studied. Functional activity of neutrophils, concentration of conjugated dienes, 2-thiobarbituric acid-reactive metabolites, and superoxide dismutase and catalase activities were studied. Predominance of oxidative processes in plasma and erythrocytes in combination with neutrophil active oxygen production was found. The largest changes in pro-and antioxidant system of patients with renal cell cancer were observed in the blood plasma
