The antioxidatic complex of grapes, growing in central and southern Dagestan depending on altitudinal zones of ampeloecotop is studied. It is defined that at heights of 140-350 m above sea level, Rkatsiteli and Ugni Blanc synthesize the raised integral content of phenolic substances, leucoanthocyanins, routine, acidum ascorbinicum and a tocopherol.
