The antibodies (Abs) to xeno- and endobiotics benzo[a]pyrene (Bp), estradiol (Es) and progesterone (Pg) at the patients with breast cancer and healthy women are investigated. Ab levels above the threshold values are more frequently at the patients with breast cancer (for IgG Ab-Bp> 3, Ab-Es> 3, Ab-Pg> 2; for IgM Ab-Bp> 3, Ab-Es> 2, Ab-Pg> 2). The chances of breast cancer increase by 2-3 times at the presence of elevated levels of Abs to the three haptens. The levels of IgG Ab-Pg and of IgM Ab-Es have a high predictive value in assessing the chances of breast cancer and can be used as biomarkers of this type of cancer pathology.
