The method of immunoassay of antibodies to xenobiotic benzo[a]pyrene (Вр) and endobiotics - steroid hormones estradiol (Es) and progesterone (Pg) in blood serum was developed. The three classes (IgA, IgG, IgM) an-tibodies to Bр, Es and Pg at the women with physiological pregnancy and with recurrent pregnancy loss were re-vealed. Is shown, that at high ratio meanings of levels of antibodies xenobiotic/endobiotic the relative risk (RR) of recurrent pregnancy loss grows at 3-20 of times.
