Antiterrorist prevention among the public in order to increase the protective reaction of society

One of the main problems of modern Russia is to achieve civil peace and harmony, religious tolerance, combating the spread of Islamic extremism and terrorism, national security. The term "extremism" is derived from the Latin word extremus and translates as "extreme" in the semantic meaning -both extreme views and actions (usually in the policy). Let us try to describe briefly the phenomenon of religious revival in Russia [3, p. 230] and the main elements of the opposition. Revitalization and growth of extremism in the majority of cases are related to: socio-economic crisis, the deterioration of the living standards of the general population, a totalitarian political regime in which the authorities suppress opposition persecuted dissent [1, p. 198].
