The anthropological management approach of professional competence formation at a technical college

The article focuses on the anthropological management approach of professional competence, which is based on the total selection of methodological tools. There is examined an education process of the systematic unity achieving the education process local-normative base and anthrop-practices designing, which are forming the personal field of a student's development, herewith an object of the study is a personally-oriented education process for the purpose to form a competent graduate not only, but a whole personality, capable to implement the internal rational motives, as a socially-competent and civilly mature. There is offered an overview, there are presented conclusions.
