Application of standardization tools to improve the performance of executive authorities

The article considers the issues of improving the quality of public services through the development of standardization. The establishment of standards not only for performance, but also for processes, including management processes, is a characteristic feature of modern standardization. And management quality is very important for sustainable development of the region, country, and also for the quality of life. At present, it is necessary to create a modern system of public administration, working for the citizens and in the interests of the citizens.
