Apsar and currency dualism in the Republic of Abkhazia: economic and legal aspects of the national currency introduction

The article examines the concept of creating an emission center based on the Bank of Abkhazia and an analysis of the conditions for implementing currency dualism in modern economic and legal conditions. Within the framework of the concept under consideration, the theoretical foundations for the functioning of emission centers are defined, international experience in the implementation of dualistic currency models is studied, and a step-bystep strategy for the implementation of this concept in the Republic of Abkhazia is proposed.
