The article is devoted to the description of historical and cultural monuments in the form of Arabic handwritten works on Muslim law, concentrated in the archival collections of the Department of Rare Books and Rare Editions of the National Library of the Republic of Bashkortostan named after. Akhmet- Zaki Walidi and the Department of Rare Books of the Scientific Library of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
