Arbitration courts in the Russian Federation: system, structure and competence

Background of the study is that in today's Russia in the last decade had sufficient volumetric quantity reforms. That the judicial branch of power, this reform has not been spared. The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation was abolished.
