The rent for lands of agricultural purpose in municipalities (on the example of municipalities of the Ivanovo area)

The author considers the possible approach to rent calculation on lands of agricultural purpose, concrete techniques of formation of rent payment on lands of agricultural purpose of the Ivanovo area are analyzed. Communication between existing rates of rent for lands of agricultural use and level of social and economic development for this branch is defined.
