Archaeological tourism as a perspective direction of development of the regional tourism (on the example of Volgograd region)

In the article authors consider the archaeological tourism as a new direction in the development of regional tourism. It could be a very perspective direction in the tourism development of the Volgograd region. To explain the feasibility of the archaeological tourism in the region authors take the most attractive archaeological sites of the region, give the historical information about them, identify the basic regulations governing work with objects of archaeological heritage.
