Architecture of the club for the rural environment

The article gives the analysis of the conditions for the cultural development of rural areas. Based on historical evidence that characterizes the peculiarities of cultural construction in the years of the Soviet power and the authoritative recommendations of the authors of popular scientific publications of the past years, the necessity to return to the planned economic activities on the part of the state is proved to create a comfortable environment for the rural population. The level of buildings comfort intended for the comprehensive service of the rural population in the sphere of leisure and recreation is characterized as very low. This negative trend has developed in recent decades, as new club buildings have not been built because of insufficient attention to the conditions of implementing socio-cultural programs that improve the life quality of the rural population. However, there are some positive examples of changing the village infrastructure and improving the comfort of living of its residents that are given in the article.
