This study is relevant sue to the expansion of the range of maintenance tasks of information infrastructure of enterprises and increasing demands both to quality and to efficiency of their decisions. Therefore, this article is aimed at the formation of systemic solutions in the construction of the functional structure of the informational management system of informational infrastructure and its information fund. The leading approaches to the study of the problems are systematic and analytical functional and structural analysis and synthesis of technical systems, methods of construction of systems for knowledge, methods of generalization of knowledge, methods of text and speech analysis. The article discusses the problem of functional decomposition of the task, the structure of the developed system of information infrastructure management is presented, and solutions on the formation of the intensional database systems are given. Materials of this article are of practical value to the organizations and bodies involved in maintenance and management of information infrastructure of enterprises.
