Archival materials as a source of the history of archaeological study of Buryatia (2nd half of the ХХ century)

The article deals with the documentary materials about archaeological excavations in Buryatia accumulated in the scientific institutions and academic archives of Moscow and St. Petersburg. Their contents are annotated and the overview of the reference information about the expeditions of Yu. D. Talko-Gryntsevich, G. P. Sosnovsky, A. P. Okladnikov, E. R. Rygdylon, A. V. Davydova and others is provided. Some brief information on the location of collections formed as the results of the excavations is given.
