Archives, events, persons": results of the implementation of the first phase of the network project

The article examines innovation network project "Archives - time, events, and people", created in 2013 by archive workers in Ulyanovsk. This project is devoted to 100th anniversary of archival service in Simbirsk province - Ulyanovsk region (2019), 100th anniversary of the USSR formation (2022) and regional historical and archival commission for the development and implementation of the mentioned project. The authors analyze the historical experience of previous archival commissions: Simbirsk province archival bookkeeping commission (1895-1921), archival commission of the Ulyanovsk region (2005-2009).
