This article considers some issues of shaping in artistic creativity and art design in the context of cyclic and rational teaching methods. Art criticism regulations are proposed in the creative practices of art education. Creative ideas do not spring up instantly, as some scientist-inventors and artists claim, to whom a completely new idea was revealed as a result of a sudden insight that allowed him to see a new device or composition in all its details. On the other hand, many researchers are convinced that only a consistent orderly process provides a creative solution to the problem, the emergence of a new idea.
