Art-management as a creative practice of social and cultural activity

For the first time, art management is interpreted as a creative practice of social and cultural activity. On the basis of normative legal documents and significant concepts of domestic and foreign philosophers, sociologists, cultural scientists, economists, the problems /challenges /risks of modernity that affect reality are identified. The variants of the designation of art management and economic conditions that have a significant impact on a person as a person and the culture of his everyday life are presented. The evolution of the perception of personality in philosophical and aesthetic thought is reflected. It is argued that today art managers as producers of happiness in project activities through effective technologies (SWOT analysis, design thinking, SCRAM, business modeling, etc.) contribute to the implementation of one of the goals of the state cultural policy - the formation of a harmoniously developed personality (responsible, moral, creative, self-thinking) the buyer of symbolic products. The synthesis of socio- philosophical, philosophical-cultural, socio-informational and pedagogical approaches to the definition and content of socio-cultural activities allows us to carry out art management as a creative practice/project management in a particular art form, or in the field of art, or more broadly-in the field of culture, and contribute to the formation of a harmonious creative personality, based on the synergy of encyclopedicity, professionalism, information culture, creativity, moral leadership, spiritual component with “classical” values -Truth, Goodness, Beauty, Love, Harmony, and with the revival of Faith, Hope, Love and Sophia as wisdom. A harmonious creative personality as an actor of the creative economy, a generator of a harmonious integrative system of Russia will contribute to bringing the country to a qualitatively new level of development, including in the context of the global humanitarian, cultural, scientific and educational space.
