Artifacts of creativity as signs of memorialization of culture: things have become the heritage

The article clarifies the ontological parameters heritage as a cultural reality, which it is considered in context of philosophy of “trace”, “sign”, “mark” and “memory”. It is shown that by including in the field of memorial culture, heritage artifacts acquire the status of a cultural personage and relay the most important social meanings. Thing in culture is not only a product of creativity, but also an active promoter of ideas, visions and values. Communication properties of artefacts make them with an important tool to visually-symbolic practices and heritage culture.
