Arterial hypertensia in conditions of megacity: quality management of rendering a medical care at ambulatory-polyclinic stage

In work the developed concept of systemic approach to the decision of problem of rendering a qualitative medical care to patients with arterial hypertensia (AH) at ambulatory-polyclinic stage in conditions of a megacity is presented. It includes the actions referred on improvement of professional literacy of medical personnel, the organization of screening on revealing AH, elimination the patient-dependent risk factors, introduction of training programs, perfection available and introduction of innovative methods of ther-apy. Result of transformations was the augmentation the number of patients with early stages of AH, de-creasing the mortality parameters from complications.
