Arterial system of the brain English bulldog

The study used the technique of waterintensive with the following description and the morphometry of x-rays. The arterial injection was performed through the thoracic aorta. It was found that the main sources of blood supply to the brain in the English bulldog are paired paired internal carotid and vertebral arteries. Teaming up with each other, these vessels form on the basis of cerebral arterial ring - circle of Willis. From this ring originate small pair of blood vessels that feed all brain structures.
