Pseudophakia and pseudoaccomodation

The article presents the results of cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in 207 patients who had the effect of pseudoaccommodation. The effect obtained from 101 patients was due to the creation of metered-dose anisometropia as a combination of emmetropia in one eye and myopia in 1,0 - 2,0 D - on the other, both with binocular and monocular pseudophakia, 106 patients had the formation of direct myopic astigmatism in weak degree (1,0 to 2,0 D) of pseudophakic eyes.
