One of the main psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of subjectivity future teacher in the framework of the regional innovation platform based on the Zlatoust Pedagogical College, along with the creation of a new type of educational environment based on the contemporary educational technologies, intensification of students’ research and creative activity in the educational system in college, is the elaboration of flexible technologies, which support personal and professional development of the student. The article discusses the use of art projects as the contemporary educational technologies and forms of career guidance.
