"Asan services" as a result of the present stage of reforms and the long-term perspective direction in fight against corruption and increases in transparency

Purpose: A research of activity of the State agency on rendering services to citizens and social innovations at the president of the Azerbaijan Republic and the centers of «ASAN services», and also the analysis of the best practices of these structures. Methodology: Historical and legal, formal and legal and comparative and legal methods were used. Results: On the basis of the legislation and world practice activity of the State agency on rendering services to citizens and social innovations at the president of the Azerbaijan Republic and the centers of «ASAN services» is analyzed, their theoretical and practical value is investigated. Formation of this service as «Azerbaijani brand» had the investigation dependence elimination the citizen official, and also reduction of additional expenses and losses of time. At the same time activity of this service plays an important role in respect of assistance to the citizens using necessary services from public authorities in realization of the corresponding rights and fundamental freedoms, and also increases in working ability of youth. Novelty/originality/value: Article has great scientific and theoretical value in respect of studying of activity of the Agency on rendering services to citizens and social innovations at the president of the Azerbaijan Republic and the centers of «ASAN services» in the sphere of fight against corruption and increase in transparency.
