Aspects of the conjugation of professional values of Russia and Kazakhstan

The article examines the aspects of the conjugation of professional values of Russia and Kazakhstan. The main values that determine the professional behavior of citizens of these countries are investigated, as well as similarities and differences in the value orientations of Russians and Kazakhstanis are analyzed. The paper uses the results of official research conducted among the population of Russia and Kazakhstan. Based on the data obtained, differences in the perception of professional values in the countries under consideration are revealed. The research is aimed at identifying the mutual influence of the value attitudes of societies and the peculiarities of professional motivation and professional orientation of young people in them. The purpose of the study is an attempt to identify the interconnectedness of the values of society and the peculiarities of labor behavior in a particular society (country), to determine the degree of need for the formation of unique (national) professional training systems for different countries in order to maximize the inclusion of young people in regional labor markets. The results of the study can be useful for developing programs to improve the effectiveness of intercultural interaction and cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
