In the production process, various machines stop due to technological characteristics and this leads to the freezing of energy capacities and an increasing in the share of depreciation costs. As a result, the potential capabilities of machines are underutilized and the cost of work performed increases. Thus, an important direction to increase the efficiency of used technical means in agriculture is universality. The universalization of machines has a dual impact on the economic consequences in the sphere of production and operation. On the one hand, the universalization of machines leads to their design complication, and usually requires higher qualifications of their creators increasing the cost. Universal technical means are less productive when performing their operations and the quality of such operations may be lower. On the other hand, the universalization of machines reduces the number of necessary technical means. This makes it possible to reduce the idle time of energy resources over the year, the total costs of maintenance, repair and storage of technical means, the total consumption of material (metal) necessary for the creation of universal complexes as compared with specialized machines, the employment of machine operators increases reducing their need...
