Aspects of innovative project management in the oil and gas sector of Russia: current trends and development problems

The article analyzes the management aspects of innovative projects implemented in the oil and gas sector based on the study of current development trends. Due to changes in the directions of market development, the main problems are presented that create additional difficulties in generating demand for products of oil and gas enterprises, which negatively affects the intensity of innovative processes. The conditions for the emergence of risks that must be taken into account when developing innovative projects are indicated. Examples of major innovative projects currently underway are given.
