International labor migration has a significant and multifaceted impact on the economies of both receiving and sending countries. This article examines in detail the main economic consequences of migration processes, including their impact on the labor market, gross domestic product (GDP), demographic structure of the population, wages and social spending. The analysis covers both positive aspects, such as reducing labor short-ages, increasing labor productivity and stimulating economic growth, and negative effects, including increased com-petition in the labor market, possible lower wages for local workers, and increased burden on social infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to migration from the Philippines and Turkey, as well as their significant contribution to the economies of the destination countries. The article highlights the importance of developing balanced migration policies to maximize the benefits and minimize the risks associated with international labor mobility.
