Aspects of project management implementation in the civil service

Public administration in Uzbekistan has undergone great development over the past few years. As a result, a more dynamic and turbulent environment for the private and public sectors increases the pressure on the quality of services provided by public administration. The use of modern management tools in the public service is a way to respond to changes in public administration reform and all the new tasks and responsibilities that are being delegated to regions and regions. Project management is one of the main directions of modern management. In this paper, the authors focus on the use of project management in the public service.
