Assertive behavior of the head of the educational organization as a key factor in resisting manipulation in business communication

This article presents an analysis of the concepts of "assertive behavior", "manipulation", "personal boundaries". The main components of assertive behavior, manipulations with which the head of an educational organization meets in his professional activity, ways to get out of manipulative relationships are considered.
