In traditional culture Khakases attention has focused on comprehension of the world and determine their place in it. Perception and interaction with nature based on the principles of identity and interdependence. In the present paper is the first complex is considered myth-ritual complex Khakases associated with atmospheric lightning, thunder, rainbow, precipitation, wind, etc. As a normal natural phenomenon in the traditional mentality they naturally entered the range of ideas about life, death, fate and human happiness. Atmospheric manifestations of the mythological thinking perceived as sacred power, directly related to the Upper world - heaven. In the minds of the faithful, they were associated with the cult of the natural elements and fertility. The centuries of observation of nature and a desire to know it contributed to the formation of traditional indigenous knowledge, meteorological magic of family rituals, forecasting practices, etc. The man tried to synchronize its activities with the rhythms of nature and the phenomena of this agreement and backed ritual. The whole ritual practice was aimed at maintaining stability of life of traditional society and harmonious coexistence with nature.
