Certification of corrections officers under reform

The paper is devoted to peculiarities of procedure of certifying corrections officers. The study not only revealed a number of disagreements among participants of certification of different levels but also proved that it is necessary to improve the procedure in the aspect of psychological and pedagogical development of the leading staff. The researcher finds it important to take colleagues’ vision into account and develop modern scholarly, methodical and information provision of this process.
